Victory Pest & Critter Control is a family-owned business founded in 2024 by Victor, with the support of his wife, Racheal, and daughter, Alexa. With over 20 years of experience, Victor specializes in residential, commercial, termite, and general pest control, bringing trusted expertise to every job. Racheal serves as our Accounting Manager, using her 20 years of experience in the dental field to keep our business running smoothly and organized. When they’re not working, Victor enjoys Star Wars and bike rides, while Racheal loves spending time with her grandchildren. At Victory Pest & Critter Control, we’re proud to provide reliable, honest service and treat every customer like family.
Director of Operations
Alexa is the Director of Operations at Victory Pest & Critter Control and has been an essential part of the company since its founding in 2024. She worked closely with Victor to help get the business up and running and continues to play a key role in managing daily operations and keeping everything on track. Alexa oversees our commercial accounts and is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives excellent service and remains satisfied. She also holds the Certified Applicator License for our lawn department, bringing added expertise to our services. Her strong organizational skills and commitment to quality help drive the success of our team. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys running and spending time with her husband and children.
